Once your order is shipped, we will mail you your tracking number along with information about the shipping agency.
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us.
Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster. 
Modes Of Payment - We accept all major debit & credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express) and also provide Net Banking options across major banks, Cash On Delivery and UPI.


We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


We do not offer any exchange services. If you’re not satisfied with the product you can return it and place an order again for a new one.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved,

  • You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
  • In case of COD, please make sure to add your bank details in my account and we will refund the balance directly to your bank account.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your debit/credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Requests received after dispatch details and tracking code sharing will not be cancelled.
